Why do I need you?

I get it. Small businesses have high costs and small margins. You also can’t afford to lose customers. A small investment in a person supporting your internal and external operations will help make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

  • My expertise is in SaaS, food & beverage, and special events, but I’m here to support any individual small brands.

  • Sure you can. But customers still want to know and feel like they’re interacting with a person. Automation and streamlining is great! But the customer experience requires nuance and not every situation is covered in a simple template.
